Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx stanoví xxxxx §10 xxxx. 7 xxxxxx x. 285/2002 Xx., o xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxx x x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx), ve xxxxx xxxxxx x. 44/2013 Xx.:

Xxxxxxxx č. 115/2013 Sb., x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx lékařů zjišťujících xxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx potvrzující xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxx odběru tkání xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx transplantaci (xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxx způsobilosti xxxxxx zjišťujících x xxxxxxxxxxxxx smrt pro xxxxx transplantací), se xxxx xxxxx:

1. X §1 xxxx. 3 xxxx. x) bodě 1, §1 odst. 3 písm. b) xxxx 1, §2 xxxx. 2 písm. x) bodě 1 x x §2 xxxx. 2 xxxx. x) xxxx 1 xx za xxxxx "xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx" xxxxxxxx xxxxx "xxxx pediatrie".

2. X §1 xxxx. 3 písm. a) xxxx 2 se xx xxxxx "zvláštní xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx" xxxxxxxx xxxxx "nebo xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx".

4. X §2 xxxx. 2 úvodní xxxxx ustanovení x x §3 xxxx. 5 písm. x) xx xxxxx "zvláštní xxxxxxxx způsobilost" xxxxxxxxx xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx odbornou způsobilost xxxx zvláštní xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx".

5. X §3 xxxxxxxx 1 xxx:

"(1) Xxxxx provádějící xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx angiografie mozkových xxxxx xxxx mít xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx specializovanou xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx metody.".

6. X §3 se xx xxxxxxxx 1 xxxxxx nový odstavec 2, který zní:

"(2) Xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx vyšetření xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx dárce xxxxxx počítačové tomografické xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx radiologie x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.".

Xxxxxxxxx odstavce 2 xx 4 xx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx 3 až 5.

7. V §3 xxxx. 4 xxxxxxx x) x x) xxxxx:

"x) specializovanou xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx radiologie x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxx
