Xxxxxxxx č. 319/2002 Sb., x xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx monitorovací xxxx, se xxxx xxxxx:
1. V §4 xxxxxxxx 1 xxx:
