§4

x) xxxxxx výši xxxxxx xxxxxxx nebo xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx,

x) xxxxxxxx lhůty xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, nebo

c) xxxxxx výši xxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxx z rozdílů xxxx počáteční kalkulovanou xxxxxxxx sazbou x xxxxxxxx zvýšenou xxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx předmětem xxxxxxxx.
