1. X §31 xxxx. 1 písm. x) se xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx "s xxxxxxx xxxxxxx x tuzemsku".
2. X §31 xxxx. 1 se xxxxxxxx písmeno x) x dosavadní xxxxxxx x) a d) xx označují jako xxxxxxx b) a x).
3. V §39 xxxx. 2 xx xxxxxx "1000 Xxx" nahrazuje částkou "3000 Xxx".
4. §39 xxxx. 4 x 5 znějí:
"(4) Fyzickým xxxxxx x trvalým xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx, xxxxx x výkonu xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x cizině xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx za xxxxx překračují státní xxxxxxx, xx od xxx xxxxxxxxxx:
