Xxxxxxxxx xx xxxx §70 x xxxx. obchodního zákoníku; xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxx xx Státní xxxx xxxxxxx. 2)

§3
