Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx stanoví podle §4 xxxx. 2 xxxxxx x. 51/1964 Xx., x xxxxxxx, xxxxx §57 xxxx. 1 xxxxxx x. 68/1979 Xx., o xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxx §772 zákona x. 40/1964 Sb., xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxx xxxxxx x. 509/1991 Xx.:
