§1

§2

Xxxxx xx odpočivné (xxxxxxxxxxxx) platy xxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxxxxxxxx, jejichž pensijní xxxxxxxxxx xxxx v xxxx okupace xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx říší, xxxxxx xxx byla xx xxx 5. xxxxxx 1945 uvolněna xxxxxxx xxxxxx pensijních xxxxxxx xx základě xxxxxxxx, xx xxx x xxxxx, které se xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. 4 xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxx 2. srpna 1945, č. 33 Xx., xxxx Xxxxx, xx případě nenabyly xx okupace německé xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx ani xx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, a xxxxx xxxx kladný xxxxx x lidově xxxxxxxxxxxxxx zřízení.

§3

(1) Finanční účinnost xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx uvolnění xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, x když xxx xxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.
