§1

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxx x v hlavním xxxxx Praze Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx Xxxxx (xxxx xxx "krajský xxxx") x xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx České xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "Poslanecká xxxxxxxx") x xxxxxxxx xxxxxx úřad v xxxxx volebního obvodu, xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxx Xxxxx v xxxxx xxxxxxxxx obvodu x xx xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx a Xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx měst (xxxx jen "pověřený xxxxxx xxxx x xxxxx volebního xxxxxx") x xxxxxxxxxxx s xxxxxxx voleb xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx České xxxxxxxxx (dále xxx "Xxxxx") xxxxxxx zvláštní xxxx,¹⁾ xxxxxx je xxxx u Xxxxx xxxxxxx banky xxxxx příloh č. 1 x 2 xxxx xxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxx xxxx"). Xxxxxxxx x zřízení xxxxxxxxxx účtu se xxxxxxxx xx úřední xxxxx příslušného krajského xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx obvodu.

(2) X xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx skládá xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx na volební xxxxxxx.²⁾ Současně s xxxxxxx kandidátní xxxxxxx³⁾ xxxxxxx sdělí xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxx, na xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xx volební xxxxxxx xxxxxx.

(3) V souvislosti x xxxxxxx xxxxx xx Xxxxxx se xxxxxxxx peněžní xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx ve xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx.⁴⁾ Xxxxxxxxx kandidát a xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxx hnutí xxxx xxxxxxx x podáním xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx⁵⁾ xxxxxxx sdělí xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx úřadu x xxxxx volebního xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxx, na které xxx xxxxx xxxxxx.

(1) Částky, které xx x souvislosti x xxxxxxx voleb xxxxxxxxx, a xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx volební náklady x xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxx o xxxxxx xxx odepsaných Xxxxxx národní xxxxxx xx zvláštního xxxx, xx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx¹⁾ vedený u Xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxx xxxx 772-5921001/0710 x xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx voleb ve xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Současně x xxxxxxxx finančních xxxxxxxxxx na účet xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx avízo Ministerstvu xxxxxxx.
