(3) Xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx obsahovat xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx §2 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxx 2 xxxxxx.
(4) Xxxxxxxxxxxxx průkaz může xxxxxxxxx x další xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx, zejména xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, usazeného xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx koncipienta.
