1. X §448 xxxxxxxx 1 a 2 xxxxx:

"(1) Xxxxxx-xx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx dozorčí xxxx xxx xxxxx. Xxxxx členů dozorčí xxxx xxxx být xxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxx-xx x xxxxxxxxxx s xxxx xxx 500 xxxxxxxxxxx v pracovním xxxxxx.

(2) Členy xxxxxxx xxxx volí a xxxxxxxx valná hromada, xxxxxxxxx-xx xxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx. Jde-li x společnost x xxxx xxx 500 xxxxxxxxxxx v pracovním xxxxxx, xxxx dvě xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx valná xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx vyšší xxxxx xxxxx dozorčí xxxx xxxxxxxx zaměstnanci, xxxxx tento počet xxxxx být xxxxx, xxx počet členů xxxxxxxx valnou hromadou; xxxxx xxxxxx určit, xx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx x xxx xxxxxx počtu zaměstnanců xxxxxxxxxxx.".

2. V §448 xx za odstavec 2 vkládají nové xxxxxxxx 3 x 4, které xxxxx:

"(3) Xxxxx volit xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx mají xxxxx zaměstnanci, xxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxx x pracovním xxxxxx.

(4) Xxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx může xxx xxxxxxxxxxx odvolán. Xx xxxxxxxx zaměstnance x dozorčí xxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx odstavce 3.".
