(9) Stávající xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx všechny xxxxx, xxxxx jsou x xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx; xxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxx podléhat xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xx xxxxxxx rozhodnutí x xxxxxx zařazení xx xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

(14) U určitých xxxx plastů xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx obecně xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx modely xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx údajích xxxxxxxxx velikost migrace xxxxx za xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, a vyhnout xx xxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(15) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxxxx potravin xxxx nepřijatelnými změnami; xxxx xxxxxxxxxx se xxxxx snižuje potřeba xxxxxxx xxxxx specifických xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo xxxxxx xxxxxxx, čímž xx umožněna xxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

Materiály a xxxxxxxx x plastů xxxxxxx uvolňovat xx xxxxxxxx své xxxxxx x množstvích přesahujících 10 miligramů xx xxxxxxxx čtvereční xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx nebo předmětu (xx/xx2) (celkový migrační xxxxx). Xxxxx limit xxxx xxxx být 60 xxxxxxxxx složek xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx (xx/xx) x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx:
