(14) X určitých xxxx plastů xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx obecně uznávané xxxxxxx xxxxxx založené xx experimentálních údajích xxxxxxxxx velikost xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, a vyhnout xx xxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx a časově xxxxxxxxx zkoušení.

(15) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx je xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx materiálu, xxxxxx xxxxxxx potravin xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx změnami; xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx snižuje xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx specifických xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxx xx xxxxxxxx účinná xxxxxxxx.

(16) Xxxxxxxx Xxxx 78/142/XXX [6] xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx množství xxxxxxxxxxxxx přítomného x xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx x plastů vyrobených x této látky x xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx x směrnice Xxxxxx 80/766/XXX [7] x 81/432/XXX [8] stanoví xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx Společenství xxx kontrolu xxxxxx xxxxxx.

(17) X xxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx. 6 odst. 5 xxxxxxxx 89/109/XXX, kdykoliv xx xxxxxxx použijí xxxxxxxxx x předměty x plastů, které xxxxxx svou povahou xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx pro xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx.
