§1

(1) Xxxxx-xx k xxxxxxxxx čísla xxxx xx změně poskytovatele xxxxxx xxxxxxxx k xxxxxxxxx se zpožděním, xxxx xxxx paušální xxxxxxx 200 Kč xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx dnem trvání xxxxxxxx náleží xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxx 400 Xx.

(3) Je-li xxxxxxxx převáděno xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx-xx x xxxxxxxx x více xxx xxxxxx čísel, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx podle odstavců 1 x 2 xx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx sazby xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 x 2.

§2

Při xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx zneužití xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx služby xxxxxxxx x internetu činí xxxx paušální xxxxxxx 600 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx, xx který xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx zneužitím xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx poskytovatele xxxxxx xxxxxxxx k xxxxxxxxx.

§3

Xxxxxxx xxx nedodržení xxxxxxx opravy a xxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxxx-xx podnikatel xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx nebo poskytující xxxxxxx dostupnou službu xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") xxxxxxxx xxxxxx opravy x xxxxxxxxx, činí xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx za každý xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx. Xx-xx však xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx obdobné plnění xxx případ, xx xx xxxxxxxx neposkytne xx ujednaných xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x instalace, x xxxx tohoto xxxxxx přesahuje xxxxxx 200 Xx, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx věty první, xxxxxxxx náhrada xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxx však 1 000 Xx.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx náhrada xx xxxx 400 Xx.

§4

Informace x xxxxx na xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx této xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx podnikatel xx svých xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxx x snadno přístupným xxxxxxxx. Tyto xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx na xx xxxxxxxxxx uveřejní xxxx xxxxxxxx s xxxxxxxxxxx o postupu xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx poskytovatele xxxxxx přístupu x xxxxxxxxx.
