(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx dnem trvání xxxxxxxx náleží xxxxxxxxx xx každý započatý xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxx 400 Xx.

§2

§3

Xxxxxxx xxx nedodržení xxxxxxx opravy x xxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxxx-xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx komunikační xxx nebo poskytující xxxxxxx dostupnou xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx (dále xxx "podnikatel") xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx, xxxx výše xxxxxxxx náhrady 200 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx den xxxxxxxx. Xx-xx však xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx obdobné xxxxxx xxx xxxxxx, xx xx účastník xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx provedení xxxxxx a instalace, x výše tohoto xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx částku 200 Kč, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx první xxxxxxxx xxx prodlení, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx náhrady xxxxx xxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxx náhrada xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx takového plnění, xxxxxxx však 1 000 Xx.
