§1

§2

(1) Xxxxxxxx národních xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx stavebního xxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxx uskutečňovat v xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx a přestavbu xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx x xxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx x kulturní xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x x upevnění moci xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx. Xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx poslání, dbají x soustavné rozvíjení xxxxxxxxx xxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx a o xxxxxxxxx produktivity xxxxx x hospodárnosti.
