(2) Xxxxxx 2 směrnice 89/109/XXX xxxxxxx, xx materiály x xxxxxxxx xx xxxx konečném xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx x množstvích, xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx zdraví nebo xxxxxxxx nepřijatelnou změnu xx složení potravin.

(3) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxx 3 směrnice 89/109/XXX, xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxx.

(4) Xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx této xxxxxxxx xx musí xxxxxxxx x oblastí xxxxxxxxxx směrnice Xxxx 82/711/XXX [4].

(5) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx stanovená v xxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx x předměty xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(6) Xxxxxxxx xx xxxx xxx považovány za xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx než xx xxxxxx x xxxx být xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx plastů.

(7) Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x x případě potřeby xxxxxxxxx jiných xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx bude dostatečné x dosažení xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x článku 2 směrnice 89/109/XXX.

(8) Xxxxx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxx výchozích xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx na xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxx xxxxx posouzené x xxxxxxxx alespoň v xxxxxx členském xxxxx, xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xx jejich xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx a do xxxxxxxxxx o jejich xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx; tato směrnice xxxx bude později xxxxxxxxx x dočasně xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxx.

(9) Stávající seznam xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx všechny xxxxx, xxxxx jsou x současné době xxxxxxxx x jednom xxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxxx státech; xxxx xxxxx tedy xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx vnitrostátním xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx až xx přijetí rozhodnutí x xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

(10) Xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx pouze pro xxxxxxx xxxxx. Ostatní xxxxx, pro které xxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxxxx podléhají vnitrostátním xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xx xxxxxxx rozhodnutí xx úrovni Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

(14) X určitých xxxx plastů xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx založené xx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx velikost xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, x vyhnout xx xxx složitému, xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(15) Celkový xxxxxxxx xxxxx je xxxxx inertnosti xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx složení xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx; xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx počtu specifických xxxxxxxxxx limitů xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxx xx umožněna xxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(16) Xxxxxxxx Xxxx 78/142/XXX [6] stanoví xxxxxx xxx množství xxxxxxxxxxxxx přítomného x xxxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx x plastů xxxxxxxxxx x xxxx xxxxx x xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx uvolněného těmito xxxxxxxxx x předměty x xxxxxxxx Komise 80/766/XXX [7] x 81/432/XXX [8] stanoví xxxxxxxxxx metody Společenství xxx xxxxxxxx těchto xxxxxx.

(17) X ohledem xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx písemné xxxxxxxxxx podle xx. 6 odst. 5 xxxxxxxx 89/109/XXX, xxxxxxxx xx odborně použijí xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx x xxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx x potravinami.

(18) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx 80/590/XXX [9] xxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxx být xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x předmět určený xxx styk x xxxxxxxxxxx.
