(9) Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx úplný, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxx xxxx x současné době xxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxxx státech; tyto xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxx podléhat xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx předpisům xx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x jejich zařazení xx seznamu Společenství.

(10) Xxxx xxxxxxxx stanoví xxxxxxxxxxx pouze xxx xxxxxxx látky. Xxxxxxx xxxxx, pro xxxxx xxxx xxx nutné xxxxxxxxx specifikací, tedy xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx až xx xxxxxxx rozhodnutí xx xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

(15) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx limit xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx složení xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx; xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx specifických xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

Xxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxx 60 xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx na kilogram xxxxxxxxx (mg/kg) x xxxxxx případech:

a) xxxxxxxx, xxxxx lze xxxxxxx, x xxxxxx nejméně 500 xxxxxxxxx (xx) x nejvýše 10 xxxxx (x);
