§1

(1) Xxxxx-xx x xxxxxxxxx čísla xxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx přístupu k xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Kč xx xxxxx započatý xxx xxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx každý xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx paušální xxxxxxx xx xxxx 400 Kč.

(3) Je-li xxxxxxxx převáděno xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx-xx k xxxxxxxx x více xxx deseti xxxxx, xxxx výše xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 x 2 xx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx další xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 a 2.

§2

Xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx poskytovatele xxxxxx xxxxxxxx k internetu

Při xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx přístupu x xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxx paušální náhrady 600 Xx za xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx, xx xxxxx xxxx xxxx způsobený xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx čísla nebo xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx služby xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx.

§3

Xxxxxxx při nedodržení xxxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx

(1) Nedodrží-li podnikatel xxxxxxxxxxx veřejnou xxxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx komunikací xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx (dále xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx xx každý xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx. Xx-xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx smlouvy právo xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxx, xx xx xxxxxxxx neposkytne xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx při xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx, x výše tohoto xxxxxx přesahuje xxxxxx 200 Kč, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx za xxxxx xxxxxxxx den prodlení, xxxxxxx paušální náhrady xxxxx xxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxx náhrada odpovídající xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxx 1 000 Xx.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx dnem xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx účastníku xx xxxxx započatý xxx prodlení náhrada xx xxxx 400 Xx.

§4

Xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx náhradu

Informace o xxxxx na xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx včetně její xxxx podle této xxxxxxxx uveřejní podnikatel xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx. Tyto xxxxxxxxx xxxx odkaz xx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx společně x xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxx přenesení čísla xxxx změně xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx přístupu k xxxxxxxxx.
