(2) Počínaje xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx účastníku xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx prodlení paušální xxxxxxx ve xxxx 400 Kč.

§2

§3

Náhrada při xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx opravy x xxxxxxxxx

(1) Nedodrží-li podnikatel xxxxxxxxxxx veřejnou komunikační xxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx dostupnou xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") xxxxxxxx xxxxxx opravy x xxxxxxxxx, xxxx výše xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx. Xx-xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx právo xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxx, že xx xxxxxxxx neposkytne xx ujednaných xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx provedení xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx, x xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx částku 200 Kč, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx paušální náhrady xxxxx xxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxx náhrada xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxx 1 000 Xx.
