(1) Objednatel xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx prací uzavírá xx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx ustanovení §§186 xx 189 xxxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx též ujednání x spolupůsobení xxxxxxxxxxx xxx vědeckovýzkumných xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx x xxx, x jakém xxxxxxx x x xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx objednatel xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx, nářadí, xxxxxxxxx vytvoří xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxx.

§4

(2) Jestliže xx x souvislosti s xxxxxxxxxx prací podle xxxx xxxxxxxx mohlo xxxxx k xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, dohodne xxxxx x objednatelem předem xx xxxxxxx způsob xxxxxxxxxx těchto xxxxx, xxxxxxx půjde-li o xxxxxx x souvislosti x technickou novostí, xxxxxxxxxx, nebo xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx prací a xxxxxx.
