2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx poznámky xxx čarou x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx látek uvedených x §16 odst. 1 písm. x) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. 3. X §21 xxxx. 6 xxxx. x) se xxxxx "xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx" nahrazují xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx v xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx".
