2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Jestliže x xxxxxxxx hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. x) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nahradit xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx uzavřeném xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx systému xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx co xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxx prováděna xxxxx v xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28).
