1. Xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx čarou x. 1 xx xx xxxxxxxxxxx řádku xxxxxxxx věty
"Směrnice Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x Xxxx (XX) 2017/2398 xx xxx 12. prosince 2017, xxxxxx se xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/XX x ochraně xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x expozicí karcinogenům xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.
Xxxxxxxx Evropského xxxxxxxxxx x Rady (EU) 2019/130 xx xxx 16. xxxxx 2019, xxxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx spojenými s xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxx xxx práci.".
2. X §18 odstavec 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx č. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků hodnocení xxxxxxx, že xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx x technických xxxxxx nahradit xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx jejich xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx xxxxxxxxx uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx systému technicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx snížena xx xx nejnižší xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou xxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). Zřízení kontrolovaného xxxxx xx nevyžaduje x xxxxx, xxxxx xxxx vykonávány xxxxxxxxxx, xx xx méně xxx 4 hodiny xx směnu. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxx nevyžaduje x xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx ze xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx při xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx jsou ropné xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx k xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.

3. V §21 xxxx. 6 xxxx. j) se xxxxx "xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx péče" xxxxxxxxx xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx službách xxxxxxxxxxxxx x rozsahu xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx".
4. V §25 xxxxxxxx 9 xxx:
"(9) Xxx xxxxxxxx faktory, xxxxx xxxx fyzická xxxxx xxxx pracovní xxxxxx, může xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx odborného hodnocení xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx práce xxxxx §83x odst. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxxx x ochraně xxxxxxxxx zdraví9). Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx obsahovat xxxxx o xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxx práce, xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxx zaměstnanců x xxxxxx rotaci xx xxxxxxxxxxxx pracovních xxxxxxxx x fotodokumentaci xxxxxxxxxx xx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx.
