1. Xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 1 se xx samostatném xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx
"Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x Xxxx (XX) 2017/2398 ze xxx 12. xxxxxxxx 2017, xxxxxx se xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES x ochraně xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx karcinogenům xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.
Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx parlamentu x Xxxx (XX) 2019/130 xx xxx 16. ledna 2019, xxxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES o xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx před xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx karcinogenům xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.".
2. X §18 odstavec 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx č. 28 xxx:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx chemickou xxxxxx xxxx postupem xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx výroba xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx technicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Není-li zavedení xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx co nejnižší xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). Zřízení xxxxxxxxxxxxxx pásma xx xxxx nevyžaduje x xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx ze xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx při xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx uhlovodíků, xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx používány k xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx motorů.
28) §7 zákona č. 309/2006 Sb., ve xxxxx xxxxxx č. 362/2007 Xx.".
3. X §21 xxxx. 6 xxxx. x) xx xxxxx "xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx péče" nahrazují xxxxx "pracovnělékařských xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx".
4. X §25 xxxxxxxx 9 xxx:
"(9) Xxx rizikové faktory, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx nebo pracovní xxxxxx, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx práce do xxxxx xxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx držitelem xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx v xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx §83x xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxxx o xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx9).
