2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx poznámky xxx xxxxx x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, že xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. x) xxxxx x technických xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx jejich xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud je xx technicky uskutečnitelné, x technologicky uzavřeném xxxxxxx.
