2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 včetně poznámky xxx xxxxx x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 odst. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx z technických xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx uzavřeném xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx zavedení xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx snížena xx co nejnižší xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou xxxxxx x práce prováděna xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28).
