2. Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxx x 12 xxxxx. Xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx x Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxx xxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxxx ústřední xxxxxx každé xxxxxxx xxxxxx jmenují 4 xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx.

3. Xxx předsedové x xxxxxx xxxxxxxx jsou xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxx.

Článek 2

1. Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx:

x) xxxxxxxxxxx x provádět xxxxx článku 7 xxxxxxxx 1 Xxxxxxx společné xxxxxxxxx průběhu hraniční xxxx xx hraničních xxxxxxx xxxxxx;

x) xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxx článku 8 xxxxxxxx 2 Xxxxxxx společné xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx;

x) zjišťovat x vytyčovat xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx zásad xxxxxxxxx x článcích 3 a 4 Smlouvy a xxxxxxxxxxx x tom xxxxxxxx dokumenty;

d) stanovit xxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx ve xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx písmen x) xx x) x xxxx práce xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx;

x) xxxxxxxx technické směrnice xxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx o xxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx státních hranic xx xxxxxx článku 7 xxxxxxxx 2 x článku 11 odstavce 7 Xxxxxxx;

i) projednávat xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx čáry podle článku 5 odstavce 6 Xxxxxxx.

2. Hraniční xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx k xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx hraničních xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx x xxxxxxx příslušných xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx.

Článek 4

Xxxxxxxx Hraniční xxxxxx řídí xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx, xx jejímž území xx xxxxxxxx xxxx. Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx předseda xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx hranic xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxx se xxxxx x xxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxx.
